Returns & Refunds Policy

Since all our products are printed on demand through our production partner Qikink, we follow a simple, transparent policy:

1. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items (Free)

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or misprinted product, we’ll replace it free of cost.
Just email us at [support@tuttees.in] within 24 hours with:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photos of the problem

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.

3. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or undelivered orders → we’ll resend or refund.

  • Wrong address entered → customer pays for reshipment.
