Welcome to tuttees.in (“we,” “our,” “us”). By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you don’t agree… please close the tab politely.

1. Using Our Website

  • You must be of legal age in your region to place an order.

  • Don’t misuse the site, attempt hacks, or disrupt services.

  • Prices, products, and policies may change anytime without notice.

2. Product Information

Our products are Print-on-Demand and made individually for each order.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Size charts are provided — use them responsibly.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (payment issues, suspicious activity, incorrect pricing, etc.).

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them because production begins quickly.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR.

  • Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We accept multiple payment methods via secure third-party gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, weather, or logistics.

  • Wrong address entered by the customer = additional shipping cost for re-delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

We offer free replacements only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong print/color

  • Incorrect product delivered

Evidence (photos/videos) is required within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and logos on tuttees.in belong to us.
Don’t copy, resell, or distribute them without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers (payment gateways, production partners like Qikink, and courier services).
Their policies apply to any issues arising from their side.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the site to:

  • Commit fraud

  • Violate laws

  • Upload destructive code

  • Harvest personal information

  • Interfere with security features

Be a decent human.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays in shipping

  • Losses from using our products

  • Customer mistakes during ordering

  • Data loss or technical errors

You use the website at your own risk.
