SHIPPING POLICY (TUTTEES.IN)

At tuttees.in, every item is printed on demand through our production partner. Here's how shipping works:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders take 2–4 business days to print and pack.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

2. Shipping Timeline

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimates — couriers can sometimes be slow or heroic.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
COD fees (if applicable) are charged separately.

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link by SMS/email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • They will attempt 2–3 times

  • If undelivered, the package may return to us

For wrong address entries, customers must pay for re-shipping.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Orders

We offer free replacements for:

  • Lost orders

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Wrong product delivered

Evidence is required within 48 hours of delivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
